Honey and Vanilla Baked Granola

Wet Ingredients:
1 tbsp cashew butter
1 tbsp raw set honey
1 ripe banana
1 tsp vanilla bean paste (or vanilla essence)

Dry Ingredients:
1 cup of oats
1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup of walnuts
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup of raisins/cranberries
1/4 cup of bee pollen (optional)

Method:
Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees.  Mix/mash all the wet ingredients in a bowl until the mixture is well combined.  Add all the dry ingredients to a baking tray and cover with the wet mixture until the granola is evenly coated.  Bake for 30 minutes (stirring every 10minutes so it is evenly baked).  Take out of the oven and add your raisins.
